- Shipping Fees for Orders Under $100: Fees are calculated based on item size, weight, delivery location or set at flat rate $20.
- Shipping methods and fees may be adjusted based on operational needs.
- Standard Courier Service
- We use tracked signature-required delivery (e.g., CourierPost or NZ Post) for most orders.
- Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
- PO Box addresses are not accepted—please provide a physical delivery address.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is dispatched (active within 24 hours).
- Restrictions: Hazardous materials cannot be shipped via standard courier.

- Free delivery for bulk orders within Auckland areas.
