Express Precleaner – PreWash Express
PreWash Express is a highly concentrated, phosphate-free, high-alkaline precleaner designed for cars and trucks. Thanks to the combination of high-quality complexing agents and special surfactants, it dissolves even the most stubborn dirt such as insects, bird droppings, and environmental grime extremely quickly. Therefore, it is ideally suited for car washes with short reaction times (e.g., express washing systems) as well as for alkaline washing bay cleaning.Moreover, it is optimally suited for use in biological service water treatment plants. In addition, the product is VDA-compliant to Class B: reaction time max. 1 min, maximum application concentration 1:100.
Areas of Use
This versatile cleaner can be applied to cars, commercial vehicles, and construction machines. Furthermore, it works effectively on steel rims, alkali-resistant painted aluminium rims, and even washing bay floors and walls.
Recommendations for Use
Depending on the level of dirt, dilute as follows:

Pre-cleaning: 1:30 to 1:100

Rim cleaning: 1:4 to 1:20

Washing bay cleaning: 1:2 to 1:15
Apply evenly across the surface and, after a maximum of 1 minute, rinse off thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner. As a result, vehicles and equipment are left thoroughly clean in record time.
