Koch Chemie Pre Wash express is a highly concentrated alkaline precleaner designed for professional vehicle prewashing. It works quickly and efficiently, which makes it ideal for express wash systems and busy commercial car wash facilities.

Because of its powerful cleaning formula, it removes heavy dirt in a very short time. For example, it easily dissolves insects, bird droppings, road film and stubborn rim contamination. As a result, vehicles are properly prepared before the main wash stage.

Fast and Effective Cleaning Performance

With a pH value of 13, this precleaner delivers strong degreasing power. However, when used correctly, it remains safe for suitable surfaces. In addition, the formula complies with VDA Class B standards. Therefore, the maximum reaction time is limited to 1 minute, and the maximum concentration is 1:100.

Moreover, Koch Chemie Pre Wash express is suitable for biological service water treatment systems. This makes it a practical choice for modern and environmentally conscious wash operations.

Dilution and Application Guidelines

Depending on the level of dirt, the product can be diluted as follows:

• Precleaning: 1:30 to 1:100

• Rim cleaning: 1:4 to 1:20

• Washing bay cleaning: 1:2 to 1:15

Apply evenly over the entire surface. Then rinse thoroughly within 1 minute using a high-pressure cleaner. At the same time, avoid letting the product dry on the surface.

This cleaner is suitable for cars, commercial vehicles, construction machines, steel rims and alkali-resistant painted aluminium rims.
