IK Felt Disc Replacement Filters – 10 Pack

The IK Felt Disc helps your compatible IK foam sprayer produce rich and consistent foam. Over time, chemical residue and dirt can block the original filter. As a result, the sprayer may produce weak, wet or uneven foam.

Replacing the felt disc can help restore normal foam performance without replacing the complete nozzle or sprayer. This pack contains 10 replacement filters, making it useful for regular servicing and long-term maintenance.

Compatible IK Foam Sprayers

These replacement felt discs fit the following models:

• IK FOAM 1.5
• IK FOAM Pro 2

Please check your sprayer model before ordering. These are standard white felt filters and are not the grey filters made for extreme alkaline products.

When Should You Replace the Felt Disc?

First, remove and inspect the filter if the sprayer no longer creates its normal foam texture. Cleaning may restore its performance when the felt only has light chemical residue. However, replace it if cleaning does not improve the foam.

You may need a new filter if you notice:

• Weak or watery foam
• An uneven foam pattern
• Reduced product flow
• Visible dirt or dried chemical inside the felt
• A damaged, hard or worn filter

How to Replace the Filter

First, release all pressure and empty the sprayer. Next, remove the foam nozzle and carefully take out the old felt disc. Then, fit a clean replacement filter in the correct position and reassemble the nozzle.

After installation, test the sprayer with water or a correctly diluted compatible foaming product. Also, check that the nozzle parts sit securely before applying pressure.

Care and Maintenance

Always follow the dilution ratio provided by the chemical manufacturer. A mixture that is too thick can block the felt more quickly. In addition, rinse the nozzle and filter after use to reduce chemical buildup.

Regular cleaning helps the filter last longer and supports consistent foam. Finally, allow all parts to dry before storing the sprayer.
