Headlight Polish 2 – High-Gloss Acrylic Polish with Sealant
Headlight Polish 2 restores clarity and gloss to pre-treated PMMA headlights quickly and efficiently. It removes sanding scratches up to P2000 grit and, at the same time, creates a protective sealing layer.
Over time, UV exposure and oxidation dull headlight lenses. Therefore, you need a dedicated finishing polish to achieve a clear and brilliant surface after heavy correction. Headlight Polish 2 refines the acrylic surface directly and enhances transparency without additional sealing steps.
Removes P2000 Scratches and Enhances Gloss
Headlight Polish 2 actively eliminates sanding marks while increasing depth of gloss. As a result, the surface becomes optically clear and smooth.
Moreover, the integrated sealant forms a protective layer that helps reduce future weathering. Consequently, headlights stay clearer for longer.
Unlike standard compounds, this polish focuses specifically on PMMA headlight materials. Therefore, it delivers controlled correction and a refined finish in a single step.

However, only apply the product to pre-treated acrylic surfaces.
Application Instructions
Apply the polish in a crosswise motion using a rotary polisher and the One Step Pad. Work at medium speed with moderate pressure.
Afterwards, reduce pressure to refine the surface further. Finally, remove residues with a clean microfibre cloth.
Important Notes
Do not apply to hot surfaces. Always test compatibility before full use.
