Professional Car Wash Foam for Commercial Use

Koch Chemie Power-Schaum is a highly concentrated foam cleaner developed for automatic car wash tunnels, gantry systems and manual vehicle washing. It provides strong cleaning performance while remaining safe on modern paint finishes.

The advanced surfactant formulation produces a dense and stable foam layer. This improves surface coverage and helps loosen traffic film, road grime and dirt effectively. At the same time, the foam supports brush self-cleaning in automatic systems, helping maintain consistent wash quality.

Performance & Compliance

This professional foam meets VDA Class A requirements when applied correctly. Maximum reaction time is 5 minutes, with a maximum application concentration of 1:100. The balanced pH value of 9.5 ensures effective cleaning without aggressive impact on treated surfaces.

The formula is phosphate and NTA-free, making it compatible with biological water treatment systems used in modern commercial wash facilities.

Dilution & Application Guidelines

• Dosing pump: up to 1:10

• Foam and self-service units: 3–8 ml per vehicle

• Shampoo use: 1–3 ml per vehicle

• Hand wash dilution: 1:300

Due to higher viscosity, pre-dilution may be required for consistent dosing performance.
